El 26 de febrero del a\u00f1o 2016, a las 18.00 horas, fue inaugurada la \u00abCasa de las Columnas\u201d de Santaella como sede del Museo Hist\u00f3rico Municipal.
Con este acto culminaba un doble proceso, iniciado en 1970 y que, durante 46 a\u00f1os, compartieron trece corporaciones municipales, encabezando el af\u00e1n de un pueblo por tener un Museo Hist\u00f3rico y una sede digna de \u00e9ste.<\/p>\n

Al entrar al Museo, encontramos un panel con los distintos periodos
que conforman la historia, desde el terciario hasta la \u00e9poca actual. En \u00e9l,
se aprecia una muestra con piezas y el terreno adecuado encontrado en
el t\u00e9rmino de Santaella. De cada una de estas \u00e9pocas encontramos piezas
en el museo.<\/p>\n
Patio central
Es de estilo barroco rodeado de catorce columnas con arcos de
piedra y una fuente central (no sabemos si el nombre lo da las columnas
del patio o las de la portada. Lo m\u00e1s l\u00f3gico ser\u00eda que procediese de la
portada ya que es lo que queda a la vista exterior).
En el patio podemos ver restos de construcci\u00f3n romanos, dos
mosaicos procedentes de C\u00f3rdoba y la maqueta de la C\u00e1mara funeraria
de La Calva.<\/p>\n
